Problem
Many sole traders and small businesses have years of business journeys in spreadsheets, postcode lists or incomplete records, but no consistent mileage log to give an accountant. A distance total alone is not useful if the underlying journeys and assumptions cannot be reviewed.
System
Business Miles accepts journeys one by one, as pasted rows or as a CSV upload. It validates UK postcodes, calculates route distances, applies the chosen mileage-rate assumptions and produces reports that preserve journey rows, totals and claim context in a consistent evidence pack.
Decision

The product keeps input review and methodology visible instead of jumping straight to a headline claim value. Users correct invalid rows before calculation and can export accountant-friendly PDF and CSV records, while the product stays explicit about what it calculates and what it cannot guarantee.
